I have no particular preference. Moneybookers requires a credit card, as
Paypal, but it's not a problem. But we often hear complaints
Webmoney, primarily because of their tech support. Webmoney believes that the problems
security - especially your problems, and if you have lost money
then recommend that you contact the police. But I have successfully used
Moneybookers + Webmoney .
